Baked Chicken and Rice

Yield: 2 Servings
1 lb boneless skinless chicken
- breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c rice, (not instant)
Place chicken in prepared casserole dish.
In separate bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 375F. for 1 hour.
Comments: Very simple baked dish.
